Complete Property Services was founded by Adam F. Smith III and Laurie Newman to assist and fulfill the needs of potential and existing Homeowner Associations and Planned Developements in California . We pride ourselves in offering professional, customized property management programs for Homeowner Associations. We are dedicated to handling the complex range of services required for and specific needs of the vast amount of Homeowner Associations throughout Southern California.

Principals of Complete Property Services:

Adam F Smith III has over 25 years of Homeowner Association experience in property management and is a licensed Property Manager and Realtor, also CACM and CPM certified. Adam has worked with hundreds of Homeowner Associations and their board of directors. His vast experience also consists of expertise in construction management, including building and renovations, fire, water and earthquake restoration, and mold mediation. Adam is also certified and educated to ITA standards, and conducts inspections following the ASHI code of ethics and standards of practice. Adam and our staff provide you with a thorough unbiased, detailed, confidential inspection of your property.

Laurie Newman, the Director of Marketing and Operations, has over 15 years experience in account management, human resources and operations, bookkeeping and accounting. Laurie’s business philosophy of exceeding the customer’s expectations ensures fast, effective solutions to your property management needs.
